Open Question: 98 Honda Accord idle problem. Can you help me?
My Car idles at about 600-700 rpm but when i put it into any gear the idle will drop a lot (about 200-300 rpm) and almost act like its going to die but then the idle goes right back up. But no other problems besides that. what do you think that could be?

It opened about 2/32nds and wont open any further. Does the half shafts have to come off? If so any idea what size apline drive does it take to get them off?

I have been on Ortho-Tricyclin LO for 3 years now and yesterday went to my doctor and they noticed that I had high blood pressure. It was 140/ 98. I'm not overweight or have had this problem before. I do have anxiety though. He recommended that I take a Progestin only pill instead of a combined pill because it can possibly cause a stroke. I know that the progestin only pills are less effective as combined and I'm really afraid of them not working. Does anyone have an experience from switching pills from combined to progestin only, I would really like to know if there is a difference between the two and how they worked out for you. Thanks!

and

== 2776.61 g PbCl2
the answer should be 2776.61 because it is the smallest.

Frequently, when I go to feel my forehead, it seems hot. I've asked my friends to feel it and they agree. This is a fairly recent development, it seemed to happen when I first come home from college for the summer and was met with horrible allergies and post nasal drip, I'm always congested. As I said prior, my temperature is not elevated, only my forehead. Perhaps its due to an increased rate of metabolism, It's kind of embarrassing, but I have daily bowel movements now which didn't used to be the case. Sometimes I feel nauseous or a little light-headed, but it's not chronic and i have post nasal drop and anxiety problems. I had a bloodtest recently and my doctor said everything was fine except i have high cholesterol.

The speedometer and Tachometer have both been acting erratic. Speedometer about 18mph and the sometimes it works correctly. Tachometer shows in the red line when it should be showing about 3K rpm. I have seen a few answers about the VSS but my cruise control works all the time, even when the speedometer is not. I have checked all the fuses and cables under the hood. Now leaning towards pulling the instrument cluster out of the dash. Is there something on there that I may be able to fix that can be causing this issue? I have an electronics background so would no be afraid to work on it if I knew what to look for.

I have a dilemma that I want to handle the mature and safe way. I have been craving this 98 camaro that one of my brothers friend is trying to sell for $1,500. He said he is willing to let me buy it for $1,000 because I am a friend to him. I have known the guy since I was little, and he has always been a great person, and he has always had many cars. He bought this car in a auction 2 years ago, and he has yet to drive it. It was sitting in his garage for a while until his son took control of it. His son recently bought a Dodge Charger so he no longer has a use for the car. The car has a clean car history meaning no major problems, or crashes. All the car needs is a new key because he lost the key a while back, and he did not want to damage the car by using a screwdriver.
Now, on to the dilemma, I am about to start my second year at my local Community College, and I know that I have to worry about that before anything. I have my tuition paid for and all I need to do is purchase my books, those will come to about 250-400 dollars. I am also planning to take less hours at work so I can focus more on my school work and I don't want my attention to be taken away from my school work for a car.
Another problem I face is that, I already have a car, a 1994 Toyota Tercel and I don't like it at all. My mom received a sweet insurance deal for the car, its like $70 a month and I pay that with no problem at all. My mom has stated time and time again that she is not going to put any money towards my next car, and I will have to get my own insurance. Now I am a 18 year old male, so I know that the insurance is going to be a *Female Dog*. But I am ready and have saved enough money for the insurance, but I want to have a little bit more before I buy this car. I was planning on selling the Tercel to a friend of mines, for a price that he, my mother, and myself can talk about.

i am thinking about buying a 1998 chevy blazer, but i know little about them. it has 153xxx miles on it and is an automatic. the owner wants 1500 for it, and says no part have been replaced as long as theyve owned it. i live on my own and plan on starting school next spring. after my expense (bills, rent, gas, etc.) i have about 500 a month to do whatever with. i also have a car i will be selling for 2000, which would be set aside for any mechanical problems the blazer may have. are these things notorious for any type of transmission or engine or any other issues? like i said, id be willing to spend some amount of money to get something fixed because hey, all cars break at some point, but will this car be more trouble than its worth?

I have a 98 Nissan Quest XE here. The dash panel lights do not come on with the head lights turned on at all and sometimes the radio goes dark but still works. The same is true for the A/C and Heat control panel. The fuse is fine and all the gauges function fine. Another problem that occurs is the A/C goes off sometimes and comes back on when the button is clearly depressed and the A/C dial is set to coldest position. Ok, here's the problem well i take one shower in morning and @ night... but i believe either it dryed the heck out of my skin because it felt dry from soaps from being to clean i guess on my face well my sensitive areas on my face are like bright red all the time my nose and cheeks it's kinda sometimes gone but i pretty sure 98% that soap is been to drying and making it red irritated cuss i have senstive like rough skin... and it's like cracked and wrinklyish looking like... What's a great product that well make my skin feel more hydrated and not have this gross feeling like from dryness... and im pretty sure is isn't roscea or ezema but it sure make it looks like it... i have no natural oils anymore on my face i used to but it's been all dryed out now and it's like i wanna goto the beach but my skin is sooo dry it would prob make it worse hope i made myself clear on all of this about details... but all im asking is something that well make my face feel hydrated or feel clear and breathe i seem that achole soap from nivea mens worked alright but i heard alcohol isn't very good i just like the cool feeling of it is what i mean something different like lotion or something? just feels very uncomfortable not really itchy sometimes cuss i have sensitve skin but not really... I have been doing job searches and lots of reading job descriptions for the Army Reserves. There is one available at the base I would like to be near (where my fiancee lives, not near my current residence), which I would love and that is 68K - Medical Lab Specialist. When I took the ASVAB at meps for the marines 2 years ago (which I didn't go into because my intended MOS became unavailable) my AFQT score was 98. Also I studied Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at UC Davis for 4 years before problems with finances and drinking derailed my BS I was going to get. That's what I am most concerned about.
I'm not even attempting to go into an MOS that would require a security clearance for the reserves, so I figure the Air Force is out anyway. I have delinquincies on 2 former credit cards that are in collections now, and went to rehab for the alcohol abuse (sober for 13 months now).
My total debt is $6,000 for the credit cards and $6500 for student loans (which I believe don't matter since they can be deferred). Where I live I simply cannot find a job no matter what tools I use (filling out any application I can find, internet, etc), so the bills are inescapable right now. I'm not looking to the army because I need money, I'd always intended to go into the armed services and I can easily finish my BS while in the reserves, opening up the possibility of becoming an officer, if that's a possibility. I want to know what chance there is of being allowed into the army if I ignore my recruiters' requests to omit this information and do put it on my application. I assume this would necessitate a waiver which from what I hear is harder to come by nowadays. I consider integrity a critical part of my personal value system, but I can tell you that I have a tremendous amount I can bring to the armed services, be it in a lab or on a patrol. I just don't want situations I brought upon myself in the past to put me in a situation I cannot escape. I have no criminal record whatsoever and have never used an illegal drug.
One last question. About 18 months ago I was sick, skipped breakfast and lunch and fainted briefly while running up the stairs at school. My friend made me go to the ER where this was reported to the DMV and my license was suspended pending my doctor's review of the case. He then died so I didn't bother with the paperwork yet becuse I live in an urban area and have no car anyway. I intend to get this cleared up before submitting paperwork, but will a DMV check be run as well and necessitate me reporting this as well (as well as yet another waiver)?
I realize this looks like a mess. Any serious responses would be appreciated.

I have a 1998 corolla and recently it started acting up. The past day I turned the engine on and moved my car and then turned off and back on later and the starter kept running. Took key out right away and still trying to crank, had to pull battery. Plugged back power and starter tried again to crank without key or anything. Took out lock cylinder from the ignition switch and connected power and still tried to start up. I even tried to disconnect the ignition harness from the ignition switch and connect power and it still started up. Then I took out the started and did a test to see if it's working correctly and it seems to be. Could there be any other possibility to what is wrong? Could the started be bad even if its engaging and disengaging off the car? Or does that test not involve the solenoid at all? Thank you.

This boy has been working for a month around the house now and my husband has been gone for 98% of the time leaving me alone with him. At first the garden boy did his job and i was impressed, but last week, when my husband was out of town, he grabbed my ass and hinted at me that he wants to be more than just my garden boy. I have not mentioned before but I am 24 and my husband is 33. I am pretty young, but I just don't know what to do anymore. I obviously do not want to ruin my marriage, but I also do not want to fire the garden boy. He needs this money we are giving him because hes very poor and we are helping him. Ok I have a 1998 Ford Taurus SE. I just got the AC recharged and everything was working perfect. Even though I got it recharged and everything worked perfectly I hardly ever used the A/C until yesterday when someone got onto me about it. While I was driving with the A/C on, I started smelling a weird electrical burning smell coming from the vents. Also the blower started blowing weaker. I quickly turned it off and didn't try it until the next day.When I tried it it didn't work. I tried the heater and it also didn't work! Im no car expert but it sounds to me like its something with the blower.
My question for you is what do you think it is and is there any advice you can give me such as an easy fix or solution. I definatley don't have the money to buy a new blower and I honestly don't need the A/C in the summer. The thing that has me upset is that I need the Heater to work in the Winter!

I was trying to install vanilla WoW cause I had a problem and had to uninstall and then reinstall WoW. But when it got to the end I accidentally pulled the cord out of the laptop when I got up and the battery isn't holding a charge of late so my laptop obviously shut off. The installation was at 98% I am not using a disc, is their a way I can resume THAT installation because the space is taken up from it and If I rerun the installer it starts a completely new installation. That new installation would take up more space and not free the taken space, does anyone have an idea what I should do?

It's for the price of $5300 total (went down some) and has 140,000 miles on it. It ran nicely and started nicely when we test drove it. My uncle who knows a little bit about cars drove it and looked at the engine briefly. He saw no problems with it but he doesn't have faith in the 2.5 engine.
What should I do? I don't know much about cars and this will only be my second one (my first was a 98 Nissan sentra which ran fine). I'm scared to buy it even though it looks fine because there are SO many recalls and complaints online about this model and year specifically. I don't have any money but the money to replace my totaled car and definitely can't afford to have this break down on me in three months.

Ever since I had gotten my first period at 9 I have never had any problems with it (I am not sexually active nor have I ever been). STarting back in March though of this year things have started messing up and it freaks me out. First I had multiple periods in one month. I had it on March 4 and again on March 31. April 30th into May. May 28th into June. June 25th and then it stopped after five days.
It did not go into July. This July has been bad on me. I have gone from being 16, 4'11 and 98 pounds to weighing 83 pounds in seemingly two days. I am not even sure how. The day after that I had some spotting and severe cramps which I thought was my period coming, but it stopped after a few minutes. This is the only encounter I have had that was even remotely close to a period this month. Not even a cramp after that and I am really worrying now. I don't know what is wrong with me and today I have been feeling overly warm and sick.
I have been getting extra discharge that was been thick down there, like it usually does before I start my period but nothing happens. What is wrong? What should I do? I am worried and I feel like I am going to vomit all over myself

I have combo skin (oily in tzone) especialy in the summer
Cleanser- Honey and lemon mixed together.
Toner- lush breathe of fresh air (sometimes not)
Moisturizer- alove vera gel. Jasons 98% aloe vera gel.
Should i even use this moisturize since im cleansing with honey? Its not heavy.
Will this help me prevent breakouts and give me clear skin?

im 13 and ive been kinda depressed lately, its been a month and almost everyday crying for a different reason. a month ago i broke my toe and on the forth of july i passed out twice. it might sound stupid but ive been feeling like i dont spend enough time with my parents. so what i did was i spent time with them and everytime i did i was sad the whole time. ive been talking to some people about this especially my parents. i feel that if i dont spend time with my parents i will feel bad. so then when i would spend time with my friends i would think i have to spend time with my parents. so either way im sad. i got over that a little bit but im still feeling it. my parents said im giving my self a no win situation and in a way im punishing myself for something thats in the past. the best way for me to get over a problem is to go to another problem. which is annoying for me. then i would think i dont want my parents to die and when they do i dont want to think i should of spent more time with them. my next problem would be school. i know its summer, but i had a really horrible experience with a teacher. she taught S.S. and did not teach at all. she was so horrible. at the end of the year im not kidding but i was so nervous cause i didnt remaber a lot that i seriously wanted to kill myself no joke. so thats still in me of how nervous i was i was so nervous it was like non stop crying. i just started to becomea good student in 6th grade and was never nervous for anything and average the hole year was a 97 or 98. because of 7th grade im sooooooo scared for 8th grade. listen ive talked to so many people im really desperet this is why im taking my time writing all this. i seriously dont know what to do anymore cause if this goes on i feel like i want to kill myself.this is been going on too long and im sick of it. the problem is is that im afraid of my thoughts. some of this might sound really stupid but for some reason its bothering me a lot. my birthday was yesterday it was okay not too bad. i got an ear infection 3 days ago and my ear hurt a lot on my birthday and it rained. so i couldnt do much fun things. i cried almost the hole day until dinner because my expectations were way to high. we had a really good and fun time at dinner and it made me feel a lot better. after dinner we my family came home and there was a lot of misery again. my hole family let out all of their emotions thats just what i needed. but then we watched a movie so it was okay. i live next door to my cousins that live with their grandparents and parents and my mom doesnt get along with them more stress. we just built a new house and my dad didnt have a job for 2 years and just got one but we are almost out of money.my problems come and go but when they come ive never felt so sick in my life. what do i do do i get like a therapist? is this happeneing because the family hasnt been getting along for 3 years? is it because we are on a tight budget? or is it just me? like i said before this might sound really stupid to you but im in a position where i really dont want to live through this anymore and i just want to get better already so really i need good answers and not mean ones. is it because im getting older and dont want to grow up? my mom said only i can get rid of it but i try and try and pray and its not really working. if this goes on any longer i want to kill myself but i really dont. i just want their to be no worries or stress in the family so everyone will be happy. who ever is reading this i really appriciate it so much i really do because this means so much to me. so if you guys have any suggestions or anything it would really be really helpful i just dont want to be sad anymore why am i feeling this why me and why now? ps in 6th grade i was never nervous why now thank you guys so much for reading this but i need something good before something will happen to anyone and its been tooo long already im despret this is why i wrote this i dont care if it sounds silly but we all have our problems thank you.

Im 16, 5ft 5 and a half, and weigh exactly 7 stone (98 pounds), i suffer from depression which i guessed was the reason for my loss of appetite, but i've been reading up on eating disorders and am worried, but too scared to talk to anyone, even my psychologist. When i look in the mirror i feel fat, and when i wear shorts or skirts i feel fat, i constantly pick it the bits with fat on them, although i know its not alot i still hate it. I've gone off a lot of food such as sausages and bacon cos i just think of all the fat in them and it makes me feel sick. When im hungry i pretend im not sometimes. But i do still eat.. i restrict what i eat but i do. When im eating i think of the calories and that i shouldnt be eating or ill be fat.. although this doesnt always stop me.. but sometimes does. I check calories on things before i eat them so that if i eat it i know what im eating, and i know what has low calories. I have spoke to a close friend about this but am scared to talk to anyone else... one thing she asked me was what comes to mind when i say "food" and when i think about it.. i think "fat" or "weight being put on". When i write it out like this i realise i do have problems but in a way i dont think i do... i feel as though id sound silly if i told someone i thought i had an eating disorder.

Okay. So, the disk drive on our computer broke the other day. I know this because my Sims disk did not load, and I tried other types of disk and neither did they work. I asked a friend and he suggested an external disk drive. We purchased one, and plugged it in.
When we plugged it in it detected something was there (we are on Windows XP with a computer of around 6 years old) in a little window at the bottom, then popped up claiming there was a problem with the installation and could not load properly. The disk drive is advertised as 'plug and play' but did come with a small CD-ROM. However, the instructions claim this on only for Windows 98. I tried the disk anyway but it did not load.
The instructions on the disk drive are practically non-existent, so we got no help there. We also tried troubleshooting it with the Windows Programme but this did also not work. We opened the device manager through My Computer and saw that there were 2 devices listed under 'DVD/CD-ROM drives', a DVD and a CR-ROM drive (one from Toshiba and one from Samsung I think, which puzzled me a little as there was only one drive plugged in). My mom asked me to uninstall it and re-install it again. I reluctantly agreed but now it is only installing one of the drives back in now, the DVD drive.
We asked around and it we were asked if we had something already installed as an E: drive, and we did. We were told to change the name of it so that it would make room in the E: drive for the external disk drive, but this did not work. It is detecting at least some of the device there, but it will not show in My Computer still!
On the instructions it says about checking 'CMOS', but this is above my range of knowledge and do not know how to access this. Any help getting into CMOS? We were also asked if our computer is USB 1 or 2, and so may not be compatable with the device. We could not find any information on the device instructioons on if it was USB 1 or 2.
So all in all...
-How to get the device to show up on My Computer?
-What is CMOS and how do I access it?
-How to know if the device (or our computer) is USB 1 or 2?
-How to re-install the CD-ROM part of the device if it is already 'plug and play'
-Any other suggestions on why the computer is not working?
Before you ask, I have used the disk drive on 2 other computers, 1 Vista and 1 XP and they have both worked. So the device is not broken. Sorry for a very long question. Please answer and remember I am not an expert

I'm 98% done with the game, and returned to the griffendor room with a non-griffendor character, thereby triggering the fat lady glitch that WB/TT knows about. She won't let me in now no matter what I do or what spell I use. I tried removing the polyjuice potion, I tried replaying the chapter in story mode, I tried turning off the machine and restarting the game. I also tried going back to the Leaky Cauldron and coming back. Nothing has worked. Anyone run into this problem and find a way to reset this one part? I do not want to have to restart the game from scratch.
Already tried all the things Aggie suggested without success, but I really appreciate the attempt at helping! Thank you.
