Open Question: How should I ask out this shy guy in my Math class?
College started 2 weeks ago and we only meet for Calc II on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I came in late the second day of class and said aloud, ''Oh I forgot to pick up a syllabus!" He offered to get it for me, but I said no thanks. Throughout the rest of the class, the back of his neck and his ears were red. We have not had any interaction since then, but he always sits in the very back of the class, and I always choose the spot behind him. This last Thursday, I tapped his shoulder and asked if I could see his notes, and he smiled and whispered a joke to me. That's the extent of our interaction... I've been told by many people that I'm pretty, and I'm confident -- but I really want to ask him out and don't know how to approach him, and feel insecure and nervous just thinking about it. What should I do? I can't ask him for math help because he knows [two of my friends sit by me] I'm a Physics major, but perhaps I could ask to study with him? HELP, I don't even know him but I'm already crushing on him like CRAZY! moreOpen Question: Double Major or Major with some minors?
I am currently a double major in Music and English at Fresno State. While I greatly love both topics, I'm not sure if I'm ready to commit so much time to two different majors, each of which are time consuming and rigorous. Is there a benefit to having a double major in college, or would it be the wiser choice to major in one of these, and minor in the other, along with other minors? I'm the kind of person who likes pretty much everything, and I would be willing to minor in a lot of things, but I'm not sure if that's the wise choice. Help please? moreOpen Question: What kind of office-building jobs are there?
I've always dreamed of working in a high-rise type building in the middle of a city with lots of glass and my own little office. Driving a red Mercedes, and dressing like a professional. You get the picture. (A girl can dream....) I know I will probably start in a cubicle, but I want to be in my own office by age 30. What kind of job titles am I looking at? What should my college major be? moreOpen Question: Internship in Russia?

I'm a junior with a 3.4 unweighted and 4.2 weighted GPA I know for sure that my unweighted GPA will go up by my senior year because of a more balanced schedule by the end of high school ill have completed: 4 English classes, all honors Alg 1, Geometry, Alg 2, Trigonometry, Pre-calc, Calc, Statistics, all honors World History Honors Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, all honors 4 Spanish classes Leadership Class (Student Government) AP classes: AP Psychology AP Statistics AP US Government AP Macro&Micro Economics AP US History AP Environmental Science AP Human Geography I'm also getting English credits this summer at my community college I'm an active member of my student government, will have 200+ volunteer hours, and a few other clubs and honor societies I've been on the Track Team since Freshman year I did Cross Country last year I am the director of publications of a service organization at my church I will have 2-3 more leadership positions I also have a job I don't have any SAT or ACT scores yet, but I will in a few months I live in FL and plan to major in biology Thanks moreOpen Question: Is it a good idea if i stay in community college first then transfer to a good college in D.C?
I'm a senior now in High School and sooner than later, i have to make up my mind and see if i should pay more for college and then extra for a higher degree? Do you think that would be a waste of money or should i go for two years to a community college, find a job, save the working money, buy a car and after those two years find a place to live in D.C so i could go schooling for a higher degree something that involves history. I want to see if D.C is a good place to go to college. But um, I also think it's a good idea to go to community college pay less for the classes, save money and then transfer to D.C. I have really good grades, i work really hard to have a good GPA. I want to achieve Academically and go further for my career. I just have to stay positive and see what happens later on. Also it's really hard to pay off colleges finanically! ughh P.S: Do you think its the same teachings in community college as in a normal university? Will i pay more if i go to a normal college instead of community college then transfer to a good college and pay only for the major? moreOpen Question: is it a good idea if i stay in community college first then transfer to a good college in D.C?

I'm in a double but my roommate never showed up so i currently am not sharing a room with anyone. I am very shy and dont have any friends that came to the same school as me. I want to meet new people but it is a lot harder than i thought. Ive met a few people on my floor and we went to a few events for freshman. I try to keep my door open but it is at the very end of the hall so it isn't very close to people. None of the clubs or classes have started yet since it has only been a few days. Any tips for meeting new people? i never know what to talk about besides name and major. moreOpen Question: Double major in Music/Mathematics?
Okay so... I spent a long time deciding what my major would be. It's bounced from psychology, to engineering, to philosophy, to mathematics, to music... all over the place. I finally decided that mathematics was my best choice (even though I had no particular interest in it - I'm just good at it.), since it can open up a plethora of opportunities - and hopefully some that will allow me time for my music hobby. But see, that's just it. I don't want music to be a hobby. Okay, I've only been playing guitar for around 1.5 years, but it's in my blood. Everyone in my family has musical talent, and I'm no different. But, as most people know, it's extremely difficult to make a living off of music, especially nowadays where you have to actually suck at making music to really make any money. Or at least, pretend to suck. Anyways. Off of that tangent; I originally planned to attend some music based classes while majoring in mathematics, but none are available to non-music majors. So I thought, why not double major? Music and mathematics are pretty close together, right? Well, my main concern is that I will have too much work to do and I wont have time for anything (As far as I know, double+ majoring can kill your college experience if they are diverse enough). Does anyone know whether music and mathematics majors share the same classes? Any other information from your experiences would be appreciated. moreOpen Question: I want to be a teacher... I go to Virginia Tech...?
I am a freshman at Virginia Tech. My major is undecided. I want to be a high school teacher and then eventually an administrator. How it works at VT is you study for 4 years (all undergrad) the subject you want to teach and then apply to the VT Education graduate school. So, 5 years of schooling.... 4 years of the specific subject... 1 year of educator training. This does not seem ideal to me. It is more money and more time until I can make money. The obvious answer is... transfer... but no. What are my other options? Community college over the summer.... can I graduate with a teaching degree in four years if I do that? What are my other options?? THANKS!! moreOpen Question: Should i pursue a major in creative writing?
Writing is my absolute passion, and I cant imagine doing anything as a career that didn't involve writing, or at least English. My first choice college has an absolutely amazing creative writing program, and my heart tells me that I should go for the creative writing major. However, speaking practically, I know that it is highly unlikely that, even if I publish a novel, it will ever be well-known or popular enough for me to make a decent living off of. It has been my dream since I was in fifth grade to publish a novel [and not the annoying teen romance type of novel...something real and meaningful.] But, I know that getting published is difficult. So I am wondering what types of careers, aside from an actual novelist, I'd be able to pursue with a creative writing major, and if it would really be worth it. I want to be able to hold a career, but I want the creative writing major so that I can perfect my writing skills. Are there any majors or minors that you might suggest I pursue in addition to, or instead of, creative writing, that might help me to find a steady career and still give me some time that I will be able to work on my novel? Thank you! [Sorry, this is very long and probably confusing...I apologize] moreOpen Question: what should i major in?
I am a junior in hs i have a 3.7 gpa and take 4 ap's (took 1 as well last year) taking 3 next year I get my best marks in spanish, french, english, psychology and law&politics science and math are usually B+ classes for me (science being honors/math being pre-college) I have no idea what to do. I love all of the classes that I excel in... I'm fine with science but can't stand math some career options? Majors? Majors + minors that would help me out? moreOpen Question: Yale admission question (transfer)?
I was reading Yale's website, and on the section they had regarding transfer applications it was stated that 'special preference will be given to those coming from community colleges or a military background.' From speaking with former students and teachers, Yale typically likes to extend offers to applicants that otherwise would not have been able to attend or come from an nontraditional background. I believe that if I attended a CC (in my case, it would be BMCC in NYC) versus Baruch College, I will be able to sway my admissions essay more favorably as to why studying at Yale would be most paramount. In the past, I have seen two applications from Suffolk Community College get excepted. My stats are below: High School GPA: 3.3 (numerous AP and honors classes), AICE Cambridge program, SAT 1410 (no SAT 2, and I plan on taking the ACT before I apply to Yale). EC: worked 15 hours a week, ran cross-country (team captain) /track and played tennis, junior and senior historian, president of key-club, eagle scout, extensive volunteer work (hospitals, charities, soup-kitchen), played piano (performed for charity ball as well), teacher-aid program, Bright Futures Scholar, yearbook Staff and poetry club. During this summer (I took a year off in between) I went to China to do volunteer work and obtained my real estate license. Also, does it help that I know three former students and a current teacher whole will all write me letters of recommend? I appreciate any comments or concerns. (also, I want to try to transfer as a sophomore first.) As well, I intend of obtaining and maintaining nothing lower than a 3.7 in college and keeping the EC stuff up to par. And my intended major is math. Ah, thank you for shedding light on that. I know that my high school credentials are less than stellar however, and think after reading your post I may stick with Baruch, bust my ass and hope for the best. And you right, I did spell accepted wrong. No excuses, but I was writing this at 5am. :) moreOpen Question: I need time managemennt tips for college?
Well, i'm 18 year old boy, and i'm taking 16 credits in my 2nd semester of college, plus i work 25 hours a week. i want to be an animator for a manga company, which i know is really tough and requires me to draw whenever possible. It's really not that hard managing 16 credits, but i feel like i have to waste my whole day studying, reviewing, homework, working. I majored in illustration, and i minored in japanese because i want to work for a manga company in japan, which i know is really tough. Any tips on how to make the most of my time, so i can set a few hours each day to draw and hone my skills? moreOpen Question: How to convince that I DO care about my grades, and do care about school.?
My Parents pressure me all the time about school. I'm in 9th Grade. For some reason, even if I study really hard for it, I get 70's on my math tests! IT SUCKS!!! I'm a A B student and I Do really care about my grades a lot. My parents are always always always, every single day, whenever the chance they get, telling me, how important it is to do well in high school. I realize this, because this is the four years that determine what colleges will except you. i am SOO nervous. See, when I grow up, i want to major in the medical field. But, I am so scared that if my math grades are low, that i won't be excepted. My parents think, that All i care about i my looks, and impressing people. ect. 1st of all: I am NOT a bimbo. 2nd of all: This is not true! Although, yes, i'm fourteen. I haven't exactly matured completely yet, but I am just going through a phase of being too self conscious. I try in school. Seriously. Whenever I take a test (especially math tests) i get so scared that i'll fail them. And i think about my parents EVERY TIME. I think about what they would do if i failed them. I am so scared. moreOpen Question: Progressive Ins wants to collect claim on accident expenses; details.?
I'll TRY to keep it short. Got into an car accident about 7 months ago. Accident Story Summarized: Driving down highway after work in the morning (I work graveyard shifts) on the left lane on a 3 lane highway; driver B in a suv tailgates me as if he were rushing; I'm with my GF so I just keep my speed and not try anything stupid, driver B cuts to middle lane, speeds up, passes me, then cuts into my lane (left lane); We are now going downhill and reaching a intersection controlled with traffic lights. I have my distance from driver b to the standard sec rule. Road conditions where during a cold weather where snow covered floors were plowed and salted. The accident: Driver B reaches the intersection about 3 cars away whereas my car is behind him with a gap of 4 cars while driving near 45mph. At this instant the traffic light turns yellow and the driver slows down but passes the intersection line and then breaks immediately within a 1-2 second interval. My thoughts were that he would continue past the light and I would follow since I have enough time while slowing down past the yellow light. I slammed on the breaks and skidded/slid about 1 1/2 car distance and hit his rear left side. I was driving a sedan and he was in a SUV. His bumper caused him to bounce ahead and leave my car trashed. The police came and made an assumption of the accident saying, I was at fault. The cop wrote me a ticket for reckless driving and gave my GF a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt. (She is ok) The officer stated that in his conversation with driver B; he said "I was never even behind them!". I went to court, and issued a summons against driver B for reckless driving. I went to court again and fought the ticket against me for reckless driving. The prosecutor offered me a deal saying he would drop the 4points that would have been issued if I just pay a $350 fine and drop the summons against driver B. I took the deal. (I really just didn't want any points and money wasn't an issue at that time.) And his excuse was that my case wouldn't hold in court since anyone who rear ends someone is automatically at fault <--- Wow? Mind you till this day, I never reported anything to my insurance company because I only have a cheap liability insurance. I have been recieving notices from Progressive (driver b's insurance company) asking me to pay his car damages. I hit his bumper and bounced off of it; and they want me to pay $1,000 for this. I ignored the first 2 letters from progressive and a few weeks ago they sent me anouther letter from their claims department threatening to take more action. I don't have the money to spend paying them. I live alone, I'm 19, I'm currently unemployed and receiving unemployment because after the accident I didn't have transportation to work and I got laid off. I get no support from anyone except myself helping my friends with computer issues and making extra money to help pay my bills and I'm a full time student at a county college working on a computer major. What do you suggest I do? And What problems am I looking at If I keep ignoring their letters until I actually have enough money to pay them. (Eventually I will.. I just cant right now.) THANK YOU FOR READING MY LONG STORY LOL. Thank you for all answers !! I'm just going to try and work a payment plan then. moreOpen Question: College Major Question?!?

I have been searching online all summer for as many scholarships as possible that I qualify for. Unfortunately I'm yet to find any! Don't be afraid to give me a super long answer!! Thanks! moreOpen Question: What are my chances of getting into UCLA as a transfer student?
I am currently a sophomore at a community college. I am applying for UCLA this november (for the FALL 2011 Semester). I will also be applying to other schools as well (USC, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UC San Diego, Pepperdine, etc.). UCLA is my number one choice. I have already talked to counselors and UCLA reps about this, but I wanna see what the public thinks. -Overall GPA: 3.8 - Have completed 2 of the 4 major pre-requisites for my major at UCLA. I WILL finish all 4 by Spring 2011. (That way i can start upper division courses right away if admitted) - Major: Philosophy (NOT an impacted major at UCLA) - Will be IGETC certified by the end of Spring 2011. (I will have completed 60 or more transferable units by the end of Spring 2011. I plan to finish with at least 63-66 units.) - I am a youth basketball coach at my local park/recreation center. - I am a musician as a hobby. (I play guitar and ukulele, learning piano, and I have been singing my whole life...I do live shows when i get the chance). So my sophomore year at community college just started, is there anything else I can do between now and the end of the school year to make me a more competitive applicant? All the counselors I have talked to said I have a very good chance of getting in. One even said I have about a 70% chance if i maintain my high GPA and complete my major (since philosophy is not an impacted major at UCLA). Any advice would be helpful! Thanks! moreOpen Question: Are college officials on crack?
Why do colleges offer such a small number of the classes in the highest demand? If 800 more people want to take Chem 142 than there are spaces available in the current classes, why don't they just pay another Chem 142 instructor to teach those 800 people waiting instead of paying salaries to professors teaching "medieval mysteries" and other crap?!? College students pay a really high tuition yet for some jacked up reason freshman and often sophomores can't even get started on important prerequisites for their major. They are forced to pay tuition and take the worst most random courses while waiting around to take an introductory chem class when if they had just added another chem class these people would be well on their way to completing their major requirements? WTF? I'm so frustrated right now. moreOpen Question: Careers under the Sociology Major?

For the past few days, I have been watching several videos about how college is a rip off and how the bachelor's degree has become the new high school degree. I feel like College is only useful if you are majoring in law, engineering, and medicine, other than that I think its a big waste of time and money. I think its only worth it if you go to college for free and I've also heard that you are better off going to a Community College or trade/vocational school and learn actual necessary job skills. I want to major in Computer Science and I'm not sure that if its worth going to college for. Is Computer Science majors really needed in today's economy? What are the pros and cons of college? I feel like if I don't go to college I will be shunned by my family, friends, and everybody I know, my mom even told me if I go to a community college, she would be ashamed of me. So is it worth it. moreOpen Question: College Major Help?!!?

Well I am in the 11th grade and I live in Maryland. I really want to go to a university but the careers I want require I go to community college (vet. assistant and massage therapist) . Basically my questions are as follows; 1. What major can I try to get so I can be a vet. assistant or a massage therapist and go to a 4-year college? 2. Can I major in Animal Science and become a vet assistant? 3.What college do you recommend? P.S: I was gonna try to be a vet. tech but I'm not sure I would be good at analyzing blood and stuff like that. So if you have any advice about being a vet. tech can you let me know. Also you are probably wondering why I just don't go to a community college since it is cheaper, well my sisters went to college and said it's one of the best times you will have and I don't want to miss out on that experience. Thanks in advance :] I don't want to be an actual veterinarian, I just want to be a veterinarian assistant ( the one who cleans cages and gives the baths and things like that). And then I was kinda contemplating if I should be a vet. tech ( the one who analyzes blood and gives the x-rays and things like that) moreOpen Question: Chances on being readmitted into college?
I was put on academic dismissal after Spring 2010. One of the main reasons is financial (a class that I though I dropped really wasn't dropped because I owed $700 I didn't know about so I had an F). And that grade, plus me failing calculus, ended up putting me at a 1.43 which is much below the minimum 1.7. The school requires I take a 1 semester leave, my major requires two. For one month in the summer i was working, but mostly I was trying to wait for the committee to accept my petition to change that dropped class (which didn't happen). I'm currently taking classes at a community college, and I couldn't take classes there during the summer because they have to go by the rules of my original school, which was to stay out of classes at least one semester. I've been looking for steady work, but haven't found it yet, though I do have a small side job working as an assistant. Currently, I have all As in my classes at the community college (I'm taking 12 hours). I want to go back as a different major, one that requires little math and computer science classes (which are the reasons why I failed the first time). I want to know what are my chances of getting readmitted? My main issue was that my Fall 2009 semester i completely effed around. I was finally away from my family and had my first boyfriend and was living on campus. So in turn, I didn't take anything seriously and was just focused on my freedom. Summer 2009 I also took classes, where I did well (I wasn't staying on campus) and currently I'm doing well at the community college, where once again I am staying home. The trend seems to be that when I am at home and not living on campus, I can do just fine, but on campus not so much. Is there any chance of me getting back? Is it a good one? Like I said, I'm doing well in my classes right now, but I have to have the petition information and readmission contract in by October 1st and the semester isn't over until December 7. Is there any way I can still show the committee that I am currently doing just fine? I know I am capable of doing the work. Literally at the community right now I have a 100 in ALL OF MY CLASSES. But I really know i don't belong here. I want to go back to my home school in the Spring. P.S. the "home" university in question is GA Tech. One big reason why i didn't do well Fall 2009 was because I got behind in my classes early on because I had come down with swine flu and pink eye and had to stay home for a week and a half. Once I had come back, I was so lost and just gave up on myself..... moreOpen Question: Taking 6 AP classes senior year?
Hi, just want some honest advice please. My senior year schedule is going to consist of the following: AP English Lit and Comp AP Chem (have taken honors before) AP Physics C (new to physics) AP Calculus BC (have taken AB) AP Macro/Micro Econ (have taken a semester intro course before) AP Chinese (not a native Chinese speaker) Cross Country (probably going to be in varsity) Just wondering, is this gonna be a death wish? I want to cry almost cuz my school stopped allowing kids to take Calc AB and Physics C their junior year. That would of allowed me to take AP Bio senior year which would actually give me some breathing space. If this is ultimately going to be a death wish, I might as well change Physics C to B right? Just fyi, I'm gonna be a junior and am going to take 3 AP's this year. I have already taken AP US history and AP US Gov't (got a 5 on both AP tests not cuz I'm smart but cuz I studied A LOT). I'm committed to school but senior year is going to be full of more AP's than I have taken in previous years combined. I know this isn't good because you're supposed to have a balanced schedule as much as possible throughout high school and colleges will have no way of knowing what I've gotten on those senior AP exams, but whatever. Again, just want some advice. If you recommend anything, please post. I plan to major somewhere in the sciences, not quite sure what (leaning toward bio, chem, but willing to learn engineering and physics). I'm an year-round runner. Cross country in the summer and fall and Track in winter and spring. Meet every day after school from 2-4. Premeets are shorter obviously. moreOpen Question: Would it be worth getting an associate degree?
I'm in college for finance, but I've been arguing with myself whether getting a bachelor's in finance is right for me. I don't love the world of finance. If I do get the bachelor's, I only want to work in finance for at most 4 years and then leave for a field that I like more. I'm wondering if I should just get an associate degree in finance if I don't plan on staying in the finance field forever. I don't know what I love but finance sure isn't it, I'm only majoring in it because there are tons of jobs in that field. moreOpen Question: does the University of Notre Dame have a academic reputation?

I am interested in applying for the dance program at the Tisch school of the arts at NYU (as a freshman) and I know that you can double major in something from either that college or the college of arts and sciences so I would want to do that. I was wondering that because I would be interested in doing that if I put that on my application when I apply there, or if that option is only available after you get accepted at Tisch? And if that's the case, would Tisch consider your academics (ex. GPA, ACT scores, etc.) when applying for the dance program? Or is that application process purely talent based? Please let me know, with the competition for Tisch everything is helpful(: moreOpen Question: Do I still have to take math classes for my 3rd and 4th year of college(Majoring in Business Administration)?

Ok the title says it all but here is my story- I am 19 years of age, a sophomore in college, hoping to graduate in the next 2 years as a nurse. I am going into nursing school not by personal choice, but by other reasons. I want to become a marine for the honor and service and also becoming a marine should help me have a backbone in my upcoming adult life. I want my family to be proud of me, I want my future children to be proud of me. I am determined to become a marine. So far, here's the major question that is flying in my head. 1. Will I still be able to work as a part-time nurse if I become a marine? ( I want to work at least part time reason being- I spent 4 years studying, I'm not just gonna throw that away.) I know, the rabbit hole will go deeper and I need to talk to someone face to face about this. But what do you guys think? I need advice, or anything you can share about. moreOpen Question: Do I need SAT Math II if I plan on pre-med programs for colleges?
I took the Math II last year, and with minimal studying got a 710, while I got 800s in US History and Biology with a lot of studying. But I don't plan on doing engineering, possibly either pre-med or a field in history, but do any schools require you to send in math II if you plan on pre-med major? If so should I retake it in November? Also, I'm decent at math, not amazing or super talented, but above average. moreOpen Question: Would it be wise or not to major in a fairly new Architecture program at a college?
My state university has recently started an Architectural program, however it will not receive it's accreditation from the National Architectural Accrediting Board for 6 years. Would this be a good choice to do if I'm looking for a job by the time I finish college? Or should I go to an out of state university that has a well established Architectural program? moreOpen Question: Can you get a pilots license other places than a flight school?

well this was actually a few weeks ago I had my first class in english and the teacher asked all the students to introduce themselves and say their major and stuff. Now this is a college class and a 200 lvl class so everyone was a sophomore or junior and they all seemed very confident and they actually talked more than they were asked lol But man when it came to it being my turn I felt my heart pounding like a thousand miles per minute (which i know is impossible but it felt that way lol) and my voice was a bit shaky just a little. I guess this is the effect of having bad experiences in high school but man I still didn't think I would still get this nervous (and we didn't even have to stand or anything I was in the front seat so basically I was just facing the teacher while I was talking but I was still really nervous) So long story short and this question only applies to those people who use to be nervous about speaking in front of people. What do you do so that your not nervous? I've tried thinking you know no one cares and no ones listening (because heck when people talk I don't pay attention or listen) but still get nervous moreOpen Question: What is the best way to get into graphic design?
I am a high school senior living in Indiana, and I am interested in a graphic design or visual communications career. I have a couple of questions. If I go to a college that doesn't offer one of these as a major, and I just get a regular art degree, would it be harder for me to find a job? Second question: what are some schools that have good art programs? I'd prefer a school that offers more than art degrees, because I want to keep my options open. I would like it to be located somewhat close to home, although the east coast is ok. Thanks!! moreOpen Question: Which college is better for aerospace engineering?
I'm applying to multiple colleges (intend to major in aerospace engineering) and I'm currently in serious doubt among: Stanford University CalTech Purdue Not talking about campus, athletics, etc., which of them has the best Aerospace Engineering program in your opinion? moreResolved Question: Advice on the College of William and Mary (and general college help)?
Alright, I'm a little slow on all of this college stuff-could you all give me a little help? To start off, I'm a girl going into sophomore year in a public high school. Last year, wasn't my best year: I had some personal troubles and my grades went from all A's to B's. Probably a rough 3.7 GPA. (I usually try a lot harder than I did.) I took all CPA classes, except for French, in which I took Honors. But this year, I'm putting forth my best efforts to get all A's again, and I'm in all Honors classes (even my electives)...except for Math and French. I'm in CP classes in those. Anyways! I've been looking into colleges recently to major in history and become a high school history teacher. The College of William and Mary has stuck out to me a lot! I really like mostly everything about it. I'm not a party-gal, I don't like drugs or drinking, and I'm focused. But the question is--do I stand a chance at getting in? I'm going to list all of my extra-curricular activities that could help: -Played piano for 9 years (still counting) -Umpire baseball (9-10 year old boys) --only girl -Play basketball -President of the history club at high school -Member of the book club in high school -I'm a Junior Ranger at over 105 National Parks (hehe) -I volunteer at the local animal shelter -I'm not 16 yet (3 more weeks) but as soon as I turn 16 I'm going to submit applications for jobs and keep the jobs until I graduate -I don't know if this counts, but I trade art with people all over the countries and may get a profit out of that sometime -I've won art awards and science awards in school I try to go over and beyond and I'd love to get a 4.0 GPA this year. I'm going to try as hard as I possibly can for the next 3 years of school. I struggle in Math and in French, though. I don't know if that will hold me back any. And will grades in freshman year of high school be looked upon heavily? I got a 78 in my math class for two trimesters before I started putting myself together. If I do better in these 3 years, will freshman year matter? So what do you think my chances of getting into William & Mary are? Sorry this is so long, but I need help! (By the way, I am out of state) Thank you so much :) moreResolved Question: john cena ran track, and wrestled in high school, proof?

I'm 18 years old now. I go to a community college. I'm just taking regular classes such as English, reading and math. I don't know what I want to major in though, and this really bothers me. I'm scared I'm going to be working at the grocery store for the rest of my life. Originally, I wanted to major in Computer Science & Engineering, but I really hate math and I'm bad at it. I don't have any particular interests or skills. I am thinking about Business, but I really have no idea what that will consist of. moreMore Majors Of College Results
